Hosting and ongoing maintenance may be provided as add-ons or as part of a monthly plan. Service levels and responsibilities are described in your agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership of deliverables transfers as specified in your agreement, typically upon final payment. Seva Systems retains rights to underlying tools and reusable components.
6. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We collect only the information needed to provide and improve our services, and we do not sell your personal data. Information submitted through our forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seva Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
